English Books And Where To Find Them: The Paris Edition

When I first started reading books in English, I was fourteen and looking forward to reading the great monuments of English literature…okay, I’m lying, I just wanted to read Twilight. That aside, my little hometown in Brittany wasn’t particularly the best place to find English books and I quickly bought all of those I could find, whether they were good or not. Of course, there was always the option of ordering online, but it’s just not the same as browsing in a bookshop and actually being able to see and touch the books.

Then I turned 18 and moved to my dream city, Paris. And fortunately for me — or unfortunately for my wallet — the French capital is full of lovely English bookshops. Fast-forward four years later, and I’ve become quite (if I may say so) the English bookshop connoisseur.
